ISO 14001 Certification & Circular Dyneema®

We are proud to announce that OTS has achieved ISO 14001 certification, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to environmental responsibility. This certification reflects our dedication to sustainable practices—ensuring that we minimize our environmental impact while delivering the highest standards in synthetic fiber rope solutions.

Beyond compliance, we actively and continuously integrate sustainability into our products. In 2023, OTS transitioned to Bio-based Dyneema® fiber for all Dextron® ropes. This ISCC-certified material is produced using renewable, bio-based raw materials, reducing the CO₂ footprint by at least 60% compared to standard Dyneema® and up to 90% compared to generic HMPE fibers.

Furthermore, we are leading the way in introducing Circular Dyneema® fiber. This is a pioneering pilot project that transforms mixed plastic household waste into high-performance Dyneema® fiber. By incorporating this innovation, we take meaningful steps toward reducing dependence on raw materials and promoting a circular economy.
